Classes

SPC is a small private production studio, but community has always been important within our identity.  We're just beginning the journey into our neighborhood, and as we develop we're finding new ways to open SPC's doors to the clay-curious with all levels of experience.

While we transition our warehouse office space into something a bit more conducive to the dirt-slinging ceramics space we all want, we're beginning to bring in the neighborhood through private, one on one wheel-throwing classes.  If you've never touched clay but always wanted to, you need help with a specific throwing hurdle, or just want a refresher-course after some time away, this private hour and a half intensive will get you the results you need!

About the Class

  • Clay and tools are provided, set-up and clean-up is included
  • Class price includes one piece to keep, $10 each for additional pieces
  • Each pot will be trimmed, fired, and glazed.  Pieces will be ready for pickup in 2-4 weeks
  • You will be getting dirty! Wear comfortable clothes you're willing to get covered in mud.
